Sony in Legal Trouble with MS?

Sony recently published this comparison chart (right) between the pricing of PS3, 360, and Wii. The problem is that many of the things listed as "requires users to buy" aren't actually required. In addition, the price would be significantly lower if the 360 premium system were used instead of the core with these additions. There are rumors that Microsoft may be taking legal action against Sony for this misleading-at-best information.

They also had a "factual discrepency" with the Wii as well. Onlince access is actually free for the Wii for more than just the first six months. The browser is free for six months, and after requires payment, but online access for gaming is free.
