Upcoming VC Games For Christmas Day
We now have an official listing of what games will be available on the Virtual Console for the Wii's first Christmas. Starting off on the NES, we have the original Super Mario Bros. for the usual $5 USD. Moving on, we have Street Fighter II and Super Castlevania IV bolstering the line-up for $8 each, along with Toejam and Earl from the Genesis and the TurboGrafx-16 version of R-Type.
Not a bad set of games there, I may even download a few of those. R-Type selling for $8 though reaffirms that some of the games for a particular system may cost more than others since the other TG-16 games so far had all cost $6. I would probably get Super Mario Bros. and Super Castlevania IV out of this batch. I haven't played any of the Castlevania games besides a couple of the GBA iterations. Do these look good to anyone else?
