Microsoft Doing Big Things
Let's cut the crap. Microsoft reported revenue of $10.81 billion for the first quarter of fiscal 2007, ending September 30th. Revenue for MS's Entertainment and Devices Division grew 70% over the prior year, driven mainly by Xbox 360 consoles, software, and peripherals, as well as the Xbox Live service - which I might add, has passed the 4-million member mark. Kudos.

revenue =/= profit (nor does it = gross margin)
And with the expenses of the system, there is a significant difference.
Sure... but if your revenue grows 70% over the course of a year duration, thats doing big things. If you had profits last year, and a 70% increase the following, thats going to equal profits.
